Community Benefits Agreement: Ball Arena

Following 15 months of extensive work and countless hours of effort, a group of organizations from downtown and central Denver has finalized a deal with Kroenke Sports and Entertainment for a large-scale development on 64 acres of parking lots around Ball Arena.
