Neighborhood Transportation Management Program

NTMP identifies and delivers streamlined solutions to address neighborhood mobility priorities and challenges.

The goals of the program are to:

• Be proactive in addressing mobility issues

• Provide input opportunities for the neighborhood

• Ensure quick delivery of neighborhood-scale projects

This innovative program prioritizes all of Denver’s

neighborhoods according to: Safety, Transportation

Equity, Growth Pressure, and Multimodal Demand. Based

on these criteria, La Alma-Lincoln Park was selected as

the fifth neighborhood to go through the NTMP. The plan
